Many members of The Linux Society (TLS) are paid members of NYPC, but this is only a suggestion as all TLS meetings and presentations are free and open to the public.
The Linux Society was created to teach and learn about Linux. The free study groups have LPI certification as a goal, and is an excellent low-cost way to learn the fundamentals of Linux, even if not taking the vendor- neutral LPI certification exams.NY Association of Copyright Stakeholders
