The March 1999 LUNY! meeting was a roaring success. Matt and Jim
gave a presentation and overview of the events at LinuxWorld,
including a discussion of the big announcements by SAP, IBM, VAResearch, Intel, Oracle,
and many others. A streaming video presentation
of Larry Augustin's and Linus Torvald's keynote speech was shown under Linux, as was Wine
and StarOffice. After the meeting, the group
headed off to the John Street Bar and Grill for a few cold ones. (Photos of that
will be posted as soon as the froth is wiped off the camera.)
