Minister of Propaganda: open

The Minister is responsible to:
1. Post announcements of Luny meetings and special events to appropriate mailing list, newsgroups, and other venues
2. Prepare and disseminate LUNY publicity to LUNY web-site, and other relevant public media
3. Co-ordinate with reps from other groups on publicity for InterLUG events
