Linux.ORG	A little slow, but good site, including links to many development projects.
LINUX.COM	At last!  New official site available thanks to Intel and VAResearch.
LINUXLINKS.COM	A major Linux Portal with 5,000 verified linux links as of Aug 8, 1999
C.O.L.A.	"THE" moderated newsgroup of significant Linux announcements.   Archives are on the web.
For Beginners	Casandra's Linux Links: geared for those new to Linux

Linux Today	on-line every day

Development
Wineheadquarters	Wine, an MS-Windows emulator.  Rough but progressing well.
Linux Headquarters	Great site for keeping up with patches and kernel development
